November and December book up faster than any other time of year. If your company event is tied to a specific date in that window, we recommend reaching out before summer to lock in your preferred evening. For spring or fall holiday events there is generally more flexibility, but we still suggest contacting us as early as possible.
Yes. Our in-house production team MME Worldwide coordinates themed decor, lighting, and entertainment so you are not managing multiple vendors. We can build out a full holiday atmosphere using the natural grandeur of the banking hall as a foundation, then layer in your specific vision on top of it.
The Grand Mezzanine accommodates up to 500 guests for a cocktail style party and up to 350 for a seated dinner. If your event is smaller we can configure the space to feel appropriately intimate rather than oversized. We have hosted company parties of 80 people and company galas of 450 in the same room.
Absolutely. We work with companies that want their logo and brand colors woven into the decor, and we can create branded signage, custom lighting projections, and tailored food and beverage programs that reflect your company identity.
